using our booking form, or by email, by phone or
in writing to arrange a private appointment or; |

make an appointment with your
GP and arrange a referral through him or her. |

Gather together any key medical information that may help us in assessing your fitness for surgery.
If you have known health issues, including obesity, smoking, diabetes, or high blood pressure, please start correcting them as best you can immediately.
Obligations
'There is no obligation whatsoever to opt for surgery. However, if surgery has been booked and you decide to cancel your surgery, you would be charged an initial consultation fee, and there would be a charge for any other pre-operative tests which may have been carried out e.g. cardiology tests.
